To Return Online Purchases by Mail:

Repack the merchandise in its original packaging. Include the completed invoice.

Important Considerations

You are responsible for any and all shipping charges to the store. These shipping charges will not be refunded to you.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you paid for shipping to have your order delivered, we will not refund those shipping charges if the service has already occurred.
Orders that qualified for free shipping will be charged for the initial shipping charges if the items are returned. Therefore, we will be refunding you the value of the returned items MINUS the shipping charge we paid on your behalf.

We are a local family owned business trying to keep reasonable prices for you, our customers.

We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more (before taxes) as a courtesy for customers who make larger purchases. We absorb those shipping costs ourselves, but once that order has been delivered, that shipping service has been provided, and we are not able to be refunded for it.
